I wanted to share some highlights from our amazing trip to Ireland (Kilkenny, Kinsale and Dingle), which Sandra planned expertly and Rodney guided with great skill. Our eight-day adventure with six adults was a resounding success from beginning to end. Rodney proved to be an outstanding driver, skillfully navigating Ireland's picturesque backroads. He didn't just show us the breathtaking scenery, but also revealed some hidden gems that we might have otherwise overlooked. Rodney made our time in Ireland wonderful and easy! He shared his knowledge and history of the country whenever he could, showed us hidden gems, and made great recommendations of activities to do in each town we stopped in. Our trip to Ireland was fantastic thanks to Sandra and Rodney of ROC Tours Ireland.  Sandra helped us with our itinerary - making sure that we got to see what we wanted to see, at the same time making sure that we did not over do it.  She was very flexible, presenting several alternatives, and reassured us repeatedly to relax and just enjoy the beauty that is Ireland.  Rodney’s flexibility on a daily basis to accommodate our needs and wishes was above and beyond!  He made adjustments and suggestions each day of our trip - they were all excellent.  Rodney helped us find our grandfathers boyhood home, something we would not have been able to do without his help knocking on doors and talking to farmers! Rodney was amazing!  We had a group of 8 adults and we spent an entire day with Rodney!  He picked us up on and based on timing we were able to stop at a sheep herding demonstration which turned out to be a highlight of the trip!  We continued to the burren geopark site then off to the Cliffs of Moher.  The weather was amazing and Rodney NEVER rushed us.  He gave us helpful tips of these sites and narrated our travels in between sites. He made a special stop in Doolin and our final stop was at Seans Bar.  After a very long day as we were getting out of the van Rodney said ‘take your time’.  That meant so much to us.  He was VERY generous with his time and even offered to stop on the way back if we needed any supplies.  I would 100% recommend ROC Tours!  Thanks for the memories!

We were lucky enough to find Rodney and Sandra through their great reviews and they exceeded our expectations. From the start we were able to collaborate with Sandra to plan two perfect days seeing the sights of Western Ireland. But it was even better after Rodney picked us up that first day. The van was clean and spacious and he was timely, knowledgeable, and courteous. Because he is a photographer he was able to direct us to the right locations at the most beautiful time of day and he was able to adjust with our schedule when we just wanted a pub. :) Highlight of the trip was the local cow path he directed us to take and see the Cliffs of Moher from an amazing vantage point. Rodney is most “ awesomer” !! From the moment he picked us up until a week later when  our trip was through, Rodney took care of us in every way If ever you’re thinking of a tour guide for Ireland I highly recommend Rodney O Callaghan My family connected with him and we know we will be friends long after Our  trip is done ! Our tour with Rodney was nothing short of AMAZING. He was very knowledgeable about Ireland and always sought to find us answers even if he did not know them  off the top of his head. He took us to some of his favorite scenic destinations and delicious eateries. His tour van is very comfortable, even with 5 passengers. First time in Ireland (for me) and 6 other people in our group.  While I did not do the planning directly with Rodney and Sandra (another family member did), I was happy with the tour agenda.  Now, it was a lot to see in the amount of time we were there, and it was a little demanding, but we were able to see a lot of Ireland (South of Dublin to the west coast) -- which was amazing.  Rodney is an informed guide and it was wonderful to hear the history behind the areas that we visited.  I would highly recommend this company to anyone, especially if you are seeing Ireland for the first time.
